I’m Lani Neill, founder of Lani Neill Interiors, a full-service residential interior design firm based in Long Beach, California. With nearly two decades of experience, I’m a detail-driven, highly organized designer specializing in kitchens and bathrooms. These spaces work the hardest in your home and deserve thoughtful, functional design.

I approach each project with a balance of creativity and precision, ensuring every layout, material selection, and finish feels intentional and cohesive. My process is collaborative, organized, and transparent, guiding clients seamlessly from initial concept through final installation. I prioritize clear communication, strong relationships, and thoughtful execution, overseeing every detail so the experience feels streamlined and well-managed.

While remodels are my primary focus, I also curate furnishings for living rooms, dining spaces, bedrooms, and beyond, layering in pieces that elevate the home and make it feel complete, personal, and lived in. Whether we’re reimagining a kitchen from the ground up or refining a home through furnishings, my goal remains the same: to create spaces that are beautiful, functional, and built to last.

Her commitment to quality was unwavering, as she was readily available to receive the materials and ensure they were flawless before (and after) installation. During the actual renovation, Lani was at our home almost daily, communicating with us as the homeowners and working closely with our contractor (which came highly recommended by Lani). We could not be more pleased with Lani's contractor recommendation. Due to the nature of our old home and projects like these, issues and challenges would arise occasionally, but Lani handled them quickly and pleasantly. If she needed to go to bat for us for any reason, she never shied away from it.

Our Full Service Design is our most popular as we handle the complete design from initial concept to project completion. Creative Services are typically for smaller projects such as furnishings and finishes only. Each project is custom tailored to your needs!
What is Full Service Design?
Full-service interior design means I guide your project from initial concept through final installation with clarity, precision, and intention. From space planning and detailed design development to material selections, documentation, procurement, and coordination with contractors and vendors, I oversee every layer of the process to ensure a cohesive and thoughtfully executed result. My role is to protect your investment, streamline decision-making, and manage the countless details required to bring a vision to life—so the experience feels organized, efficient, and ultimately rewarding.
Pricing is based on your Scope of Work.
What are Creative Services?
Our Creative Services dive into everything visually fabulous that needs our design flair – think furniture picks, room setups, lighting vibes, rug styles, paint palettes, wallpaper, and more! Together, we will discuss your wants and needs for the space and then get to work! Included is a Floor Plan and Look Book (design selections), curated for your personal style. This investment is all about our creative touch and doesn't include product purchases or external labor costs.
Our minimum Creative Services investment starts at $5,000.
